Distance Intuitive Energy Healing Session - Online
Energy Healing, whether performed in person or at a distance, is equally beneficial. The goal is to help you rediscover yourself on an energetic level. Energy work can open up your chakras and energy channels allowing a greater connection to your higher self and own intuition. Meant to help to release, awaken and realign/recalibrate the nervous system and release any stagnant energies.

One-on-one Personalized Hypno-Breathwork Session - Online
This is a 1:1 - 2 hour online healing session allowing for a personalized and powerful opportunity for deep healing and expansion. It is a combination of coaching, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and energy work.
Breathwork dates back centuries, but the techniques practiced today offer a more modern approach. Breath exercises offer both emotional and physical benefits. Breathwork can be used to regulate the degree to which sympathetic and parasympathetic systems are activated. The sympathetic nervous system is the network that activates our fight-or-flight response. The parasympathetic nervous system is in charge of rest and digest. When balanced and in optimal health, we should naturally be alternating between the two systems. Knowing how to control your breath can be a beneficial tool in helping to assist in bringing balance back to the autonomic nervous system.

Individual Hypnotherapy Session - Online
This is a 1:1 - 60 minute, personalized, hypnosis session. Hypnotherapy can be an effective way to cope with stress and anxiety as well as to access and address deeply held and hidden limiting beliefs.
Through hypnosis, we access the subconscious in an attempt to re-establish the heart, mind and body relationship. This reconnection helps individuals to identify, process, and release physical tensions and/or symptoms associated with trauma and/or challenges. Hypnotherapy can also help to identify triggers and subconscious beliefs/patterns that cause or exacerbate symptoms of fear, worry, and/or blocks, enabling the individual to address the underlying causes.
During a hypnotherapy session, the client is guided into a natural trance-like yet hyper-aware state, whereby the brain waves slow down, allowing for a more profoundly relaxed state of being. This state of mind, allows for more focused attention, the reconnection of the mind-body relationship and an open-mindedness that allows for the optimal environment to receive and respond more easily to suggestions, in order to overcome limiting beliefs.
Hypnotherapy uses the heightened awareness of the hypnotic state to help you concentrate more intently on an issue with the intention of identifying core wounds and overcoming self sabotaging behaviours.

The reading is a 1 hour, personalized with channeled messages and tarot card support over Zoom.
Channeled messages and tarot card readings involve soul guidance and are used as tools to reveal what perceived blockages/limitations may be holding you back from moving forward with clear insight and understanding.
My intention is for the messages to help provide insight and, the wisdom at the soul level to understand next steps, as well as the clarity and direction needed in the moment and the current energies. My hope is for the reading to identify blocks and/or paths forward to empower you, so you can celebrate all aspects of your true self, overcome obstacles and allow you to step into your fullest potential.
